We recently had our home completely re-piped by the team at Cupertino Plumbing. I am very happy with the results. Start to finish they were professional and efficient. They arrived on time and left the work areas clean and tidy. The piping workmanship was excellent and the finished sheetrock after sealing the opening in the walls and ceiling looks great. It was easy to communicate with them. I highly recommend and will be happy to hire them again if/when we need plumbing services.

Honorable Company After 20 Years Apr 21, 2025

This company stands by their work, even twenty years later. Cupertino Plumbing repiped my house to copper in 2004. In 2024, a different company told me that Cupertino Plumbing had done a bad job in two ways: that they left all the galvanized pipes, many of them touching copper pipes and leaving corrosion at the touch points, and that they had not insulated the hot water pipes. I called Cupertino Plumbing 20 years after their original job and told them my story. They did not blow me off. In fact, they sent one of their senior plumbers, who showed me that there was no corrosion, just patina. He sanded off ALL OF IT to make sure the copper pipes underneath were not compromised (they were not). He said that there were only two places where galvanized was touching copper, and he separated the pipes in those two places. Likewise, he said that most of the hot water pipes were insulated, but some were not—and he insulated all of those. He spent several hours under my house. All of this was done at no charge, and with perfect graciousness. I was extremely impressed. It may be that the original job was not perfect, but the company showed itself to be honorable, even after such a long time, and that is everything.

This is our second project with Cupertino Plumbing in 3 years, and like the last one they did an exceptional job. Minimal demo of the pavement next to the house (and took care of patching the cement after), creative solution with excellent pipework, and finished ahead of schedule. Highly recommended!

We contracted Cupertino Plumbing to replace our galvanized pipes with copper piping. Their quote for the work was very reasonable and quite a bit under estimates we received from other firms. Their work was top notch. Both plumbers that came to do the work were extremely professional. They communicated exactly what they were doing and how long each step would take to complete.
