Cupertino Plumbing made our emergency plumbing issue a smooth and pleasant experience. We had such a positive experience with Cupertino Plumbing! About three weeks after moving into our newly renovated commercial space in Campbell, we ran into a little hiccup when one of the toilets decided it wouldn't cooperate anymore. After a failed attempt with a plunger, we knew we needed some expert help, so we reached out to Cupertino Plumbing. To our delight, Frankie came over the very next morning to check things out. He crawled under the house, showed us some photos of the pipes, and really took the time to explain what was going on and what needed to be done. Once we scheduled the repairs, the team jumped right in and had everything fixed up in just a few days. They were punctual, really communicative, and super professional throughout the whole process. Now, we're back to having fully functioning plumbing, and we can finally relax knowing everything is in good shape for the future! After realizing that a plunger or auger wouldn’t fix the problem, we contacted Cupertino Plumbing. To our relief, Frankie came out the next morning to assess the situation. He went under the house, showed us photographs of the pipes, and clearly explained the issues and what needed to be done. After scheduling, the team completed all the repairs within a few days. They were punctual, communicative, and professional. Now we have functioning plumbing again and the peace of mind that everything will work properly in the future.
