Cupertino Plumbing replaced our cracked hot water heater. Everything was extremely efficient. Appt. made quickly over the phone and verified via email. Workers showed up spot on time, determined what to do and went to work. They estimated 2 hours and were done within that time frame. They even coiled up our hose, which we had used to drain the tank, and put it near the outside faucet—exactly where it belonged. We will definitely use Cupertino Plumbing again.

They went above and beyond my expectation!
I live in Campbell and had water tank flooding in the garage, and my neighbor recommended Cupertino Plumbing. I called them in the morning and asked if they can help troubleshoot it. They (Sorry I forgot the name of the person; His name was not on the name card either) came to my house in a few hours and diagnosed the root cause. Also, he suggested that the water pressure is so high (~90 psi) that it needed to be reduced to normal level ~70 psi to prevent further damage. So I had them replace the water tank and install the water pressure regulator. The pricing was very reasonable and the work was perfect. Now I feel that the tap water flow is normal when the faucet is fully open. They adjusted other schedules and prioritized my house since it was Friday and their business closes over the weekend. I was so grateful and appreciate how he treated the business from a customer's perspective. I would recommend anyone to Cupertino Plumbing. They went above and beyond my expectation!

Quick and fantastic job
I used these guys a while back when I was in a pinch, and they did a quick and fantastic job. Tankless water heater went out on a rental I have in the LG Mtns. Tenants need water, and they were able to get up there quickly and get it done.
